So yeah, this is how it started... my first assignment was a re-design of a medical device:

At first it seems simply but after I read Design for Patient Safety I panicked. 

Is waay too complex the task of make anything for patients, because after all "a complicated, confusing designs are in the best of the cases less effective than they can be, and in the worst, potentially dangerous for the medics and patients" 

It was a big process to get something useful (and that won't kill my client) but I won't make a deep description about it because it wasn't exactly my best work 

I will, in fact, make a better job with my future assignments
